Once you are live with your WorkFlowWise app or solution, our Helpdesk team is on stand-by to help you with any issues or questions you may have.
On the day you go live, we will schedule a meeting so that you can get to know our Helpdesk team-lead. He’ll make sure the Helpdesk has all the documentation to provide support if you need it.

Building on our established leadership in purchase-to-pay processes in The Netherlands – thanks to our many existing customers like you – we have been able to launch a new application-Platform-as-a-Service (aPaaS). This is a first step in a strategic move we are making to embrace cloud technologies and offer a new breed of workflow automation solutions internationally.
In parallel, we are changing our name to WorkFlowWise to reflect our extended offering of smart and cost-effective cloud-based workflow apps and solutions, that allow customers to unlock value from any type of recurring transactional workflow.
20/20 vision Classic has become a next-generation web app called GO-Spend (formerly called 20/20 Xspend). Find out more about GO-Spend here and get in touch with us to discuss the benefits and opportunities of migrating. But don’t worry, 20/20 vision Classic is still supported until at least 2021. Lots of time to plan your migration.
GO-Spend runs on our new application-Platform-as-a-Service (aPaaS). This is our core platform where we are also developing other ready-made WorkFlowWise GO apps for other everyday business workflows. And we can now offer options for customized workflow solutions for those processes and workflows that are unique to you. We call this WorkFlowWise FLEX.
